In an effort to care for the environment, our employees regularly hold collection and recycling initiatives for batteries and used office paper. We also adopt and clean nearby nature reserves (CONTO Eco Week).

The company is also responsible for charity events: free training courses and adaptation to the labor market for immigrant accountants from the ATO zone; volunteer projects to materially assist families affected by hostilities; joining other charitable organizations to assist disadvantaged children.

CONTO Employees' annual participation in the Chestnut Run, the largest sports and charity event in Ukraine, has become a tradition. Funds raised from the event are used to purchase equipment and supplies needed by the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Each year, the company conducts internships for students. These internships provide students with the opportunity to undergo free training, and gives the most promising students the opportunity to get a job in a large stable company.
